NewPlast Company offers you pressure pipes from heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) intended for floor heating systems, hot and cold water systems, snow-melting system installation, convectors, in swimming-pools, central heating installation.
NewPlast PE-RT pressure systems have got:
· Unique molecular structure that makes plastic pipes wonderfully resistant against blows.
· Raised number of binding atoms (up to 6) of carbon that guarantees a high level of interlacing and strengthens frost resistance: pipes preserve their elasticity to – 200C, at lower temperatures they are not reliable to crack or exfoliate.
· Plastic pipe selection is determined by water temperature height and its pressure: they both strongly affect on pipe durability. PE-RT plastic pipes can stand short-time temperature increase up to 1100C.
· At speed increase of the liquid passing through the pipe, considerable noise decrease is achieved with the help of the pipe construction.
NewPlast PPR pressure pipes are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22391-1 ISO 22391-2.

Package
The pipes are produced in hanks of 300 m. When packing the pipes into hanks, the pipe edges must be tightly fastened, and the hanks are pinned in not less than four points.
Fittings
NewPlast pipes are installed with the help of brass connections (fittings).
