Crosslinked polyethylene (PEX) Pressure Pipes
NewPlast - We Are Responsible For Your Well-being

     NewPlast offers you pressure pipes from sewed polyethylene (PEX) intended for floor heating systems, hot and cold water systems, snow-melting system installation, convectors, and central heating installation.

     Systems of NewPlast pipes from PEX:

·        Are notable for fast and easy installation;

·        Good absorption of hydraulic noise;

·        Have no smell;

·        Differ with their light weight, as well as easiness at transportation and installation;

·        Are resistant against electrolysis;

·        Are highly durable.

     PEX pipe flexibility and small bending radius (minimal bending radius r = 5 x d) allow reducing the quantity of necessary profile products that radically facilitates and promotes installation.

PEX is a chemical abbreviation of polyethylene with intermolecular cross-link. PE means polyethylene, and «X» stands for the cross-link. The molecular connection possessing three-dimensional structure, gives many advantages to PEX pipes, regarding their mechanical and chemical characteristics.

The sewed polyethylene is distinguished for the following parameters:

·        Resistance against high and low temperatures;

·        Impact elasticity at low temperatures.

     Standards

      NewPlast PEX pressure pipes are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO 52134-2003.

   Package

   The pipes are produced in hanks up to 300 m. When packing the pipes into hanks, the pipe edges must be tightly fastened, and the hanks are pinned in not less than four points.

   Fittings

   NewPlast pipes are installed with the help of brass press-connections (fittings). The fitting provides the formation of a tight and reliable connection. Connection operation may be carried out by a single non-qualified worker in a few seconds. The whole instrument of the worker consists of only pruner clipper and a wrench. Such a connection method allows to save not only time and money, but also to start exploiting complex objects phase by phase, in the shortest period of time.
