NewPlast Company wiring pipes are intended for laying electric, telephone and television wires and cables. They ideally suit both for open and hidden installation through walls, ceilings and floors. Wiring pipes provide additional protection of the cable against mechanical damages, guarantee protection against current hit at cable isolation failure, they do not require grounding. 

       NewPlast Company offers two types of electrotechnical pipes from PVC-U:
              · crimping wiring pipes (Pic. 1)

              ·        smooth wiring pipes.

       NewPlast wiring pipes from PVC-U are produced according to the requirements of the standard State Standard 50827-95 (IEC 670-89) and IEC 61386-1 on the basis of which ТУ РА 39057507.     ?       -2007  has been generated.

       Systems from NewPlast smooth and crimping pipes PVC-U are characterized by:
              ·  additional isolation of the cable – at cable isolation failure the possibility of current hit is excluded;
              ·  mechanical protection against cable damages – a guarantee for the chain safety and quality;
              ·  easy and fast installation – a wire is set into the crimping pipe in the factory – first, the pipe with the wire is inserted into the wall, and during cable installation it is only necessary to join the ends of the cable and the wire, then to pull the end of the wire from the opposite side of the crimping pipe – the time spent on cable installation reduces for three times;
              ·  the pipe can be stored for a long time in polluted, dusty or damp areas, without losing its trade appearance and working properties;
              ·  crimping pipe, in contrast to spiral wrap hose, as well as metal pipe, is easy and convenient at transportation, shipment and warehousing, it does not require grounding, or the dull process of cutting and sealing, it does not undergo corrosion;
              ·  it is applied for hidden installation through ceilings, walls from non-flammable and lightly flammable materials, as well as through the floor,;
              ·  the heavy series is distinguished for its additional durability, it is specially designed for installation into cement buckle or concrete filling;
              ·  durability – 50 years.  

       Packing

        Crimping pipes are packed into small hermetically laminated hanks of 100, 50 and 25 m, and the hard smooth pipe is packed into packages of 2, 3 and 4 m.   

       For the installation of crimping pipes in different variants, certain accessories are designed. Their application gives a wide range of possibilities to install the cable chains. Like the crimping pipes, the accessories, too, are made from non-flammable PVC-U. In the NewPlast Company collection there are presented such accessories for crimping pipes as, for example, opening pipe bend which is intended for connecting crimping pipes at an angle of 90 degrees, or the breeching intended for a T-shaped connection of crimping pipes. Besides, there is the force clamp (holder with a latch), with the help of which the hard and crimping pipes are connected. We also produce distribution boxes: double-wing, triple-wing and four-winged that allow installing systems at any variation necessary for you.
